Who is eligible to apply for assistance?
All bonafide residents of the 2nd Congressional District of Cotabato (Kidapawan City, Makilala, Magpet, President Roxas, Antipas, and Arakan) who are in need of medical, educational, burial, or emergency aid.
How long does it take for an appointment to be confirmed?
Appointment requests are generally evaluated within 1 to 2 business days. Once confirmed, you will receive an automated confirmation SMS on your registered mobile number.
Can a representative claim assistance on my behalf?
Yes. If the beneficiary is unable to personally appear due to hospitalization, disability, or work, an immediate family member may claim provided they present a valid authorization letter and proof of relationship.

Please bring your original valid government ID, a photocopy of your ID, the original Barangay Certificate of Indigency, and the specific requirement documents for your assistance category.
